The Havens is located off of Gopher Canyon Road near Vista CA in the Bonsall area of San Diego County. It is right across the street from Vista Valley Country Club.

According the builder’s website, there will be a variety of single story homes that will be offered for sale from one story to two story homes.

It’s great to have another new 55+ homes under development in San Diego CA. The last 55+ new developments were Auberge at Del Sur 55+ Community and Avante at Del Sur 55+ Community (built in the last 5 years).
The builder for The Junipers 55+ community in San Diego is Lennar.
At this writing, Lennar does not cooperate with buyer’s agents in San Diego and would like you to work with their knowledgeable consultants that represent Lennar as the seller.
