I am so glad I chose Jean and Ken Tritle for my real estate agents. They were great to work with, fun to get to know, and they managed to make the entire search and purchase of my new home – beginning to end – , a dream come true.  Oh, did I mention that my old home was in escrow, ready to close in less than 45 days, and I was frazzled by the daunting tasks of that escrow, of packing 14 years of memories, and not knowing if I could find and  even close on a new home in another county in such a short time !  Thanks to Jean and Ken everything went better by far than I could ever have imagined. They were able to quickly capture a picture of my needs and find the perfect community and home that I never would have seen had they not been there for me and done their job so well. We had a long distance escrow which kept Jean busy day and night scanning and emailing signature documents. When I needed to engage a local home inspector, plumber,  locksmith from a distance, and even to find a small local credit union for my banking, Ken  jump into action; interviewing and making an A-1 short list of locals from which I chose. I mentioned to Ken I’d soon need a small local bank/credit union. Next day a list of local credit unions appeared in my email! I thought I’d play tennis at my new community’s courts but didn’t know how to chose a racket. To my surprise the next day, I found in my email an incredible article about how to choose the right tennis racket! You see,  Ken and Jean have a “can-do” approach.  Thanks to Jean and Ken’s professional skills and “can-do” approach the whole journey of finding and purchasing my new home was an exceptional experience and in the end both houses even closed together on time.  When escrow closed on my new home, Ken and Jean personally came to bringing my keys, Champagne(!) and a gorgeous gift of an entry plaque welcoming all who enter my home. Ken and Jean believe their business ( and their business success I’d add!) is all about building relationships. They are right; and they give their all to do their best for you. If you want the best realtors in San Diego County you need to call Jean and Ken. From beginning to end, you will feel like you’re working with family friends (who just happen to be the most amazing realtors).

I highly recommend Jean and Ken Tritle as they are the best real estate team in San Diego County! They helped me through the process of buying my first home in North County. This process took over a year as I made offers on short sale, REO, and finally ended up buying a brand new construction home. Jean was very patient and “held my hand” throughout the process. She is knowledgeable about financing options being that she comes from a financial and banking background, helped me get pre-approval with a lender, explained disclosures and paperwork in a manner that I would understand as a first time buyer, and very responsive and timely in all our communication.  She and Ken are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and very reliable. I am so confident in their abilities that I have already referred happy clients to them.

After sitting down with one real estate agent who introduced the idea of a short sale, web searches on short sales and selling condos in Vista were done which lead to agents Jean and Ken Tritle.  Initially the thought was to get a second opinion to further solidify the decision to move forward with a short sale with the first agent.  After meeting with Jean and Ken and experiencing their professionalism, initiative, wealth of knowledge, and pure passion they have for real estate, it was known that both short sale was the way to go and that Jean and Ken were the best agents to help with that process. As the process went on, they provided knowledge about what the process entailed, explained terminology in an understandable fashion, were very respectful and responsive to questions/comments/concerns and made the short sale process as comfortable for us as possible.  While the personal interaction with Jean and Ken was first class, their attention to details, promptness in responses with financial institutions, HUD, buyers was excellent. If you are someone that wants to get something done in the real estate market, either buying or selling, go with Jean & Ken Tritle.
