Pacifica (also known as Pacifica Oceanside Manor) has 223 units and consists mainly of stick built 2 bedroom/2bath attached twin homes and very few detached 3 bedroom homes. There are also detached homes available at Pacifica. As of this writing, homeowner association monthly fee is $350 which includes Common Area Maintenance, Exterior Building Maintenance, and Roof Maintenance. Pacifica has a nightly security patrol.
