Pacifica is a 55+ community in Oceanside CA that offers many amenities including a clubhouse with BBQs and picnic area, pool, spa, 2 tennis courts, 2 shuffle board, horseshoe pits and a beautiful park area surrounded with mature trees and walking trails. Active seniors at Pacifica also enjoy several different activities weekly. This is not a gated community. Pacifica (also known as Pacifica Oceanside Manor) has 223 units and consists mainly of  stick built 2 bedroom/2bath attached  twin homes and very few detached 3 bedroom homes.  There are also detached homes available at Pacifica. As of this writing, homeowner association monthly fee is $350 which includes Common Area Maintenance, Exterior Building Maintenance, and Roof Maintenance. Pacifica has a nightly security patrol.

Pacifica is located on the south side of Highway 78 in Oceanside, California 92056. The nearest hospital is at Tri-City Medical which is approx. 1.8 miles away. Directions to Pacifica going East on Hwy 78 East: Take Highway 78, exit to the south on College Boulevard, then head north onto Lake Boulevard, you will find the Pacifica community to your left.

Directions to Pacifica going West on Hwy 78: Take Highway 78, exit to the south on Emerald Dr, then west on Skyhaven Lane, then to N Sundown Lane, you will find the Pacifica community to your right.
